Well, i thought i might have found something that could help.
So when you translate that binary text into just plain text you get:

So, i took each individual part and looked it up on google (ie: )
After doing so, i came up with this:

But then, when i pressed preview this comment i realized that all i needed to do was post onto TTG and you would get this:

And now it is up to you fellow members, i hope i helped and if i didnt then dont be too harsh

You get that if you put it directly into a translator... it just depends on which one you use.

Yeah I got that as well but I tried stuff with both items and couldn't get anywhere. =/ Then again I'm not very good at this.
