Yes, you can unjtag it. You need to remove the jtag wiring and flash on the original nand. That will fully unjtag it and it will become a retail console again. Be warned, if you unjtag it, then update the dashboard to the latest one, you will never be able to jtag it again. However, if you unjtag it and leave the dash the way it is, and if you want to re-jtag, then you just need to solder the jtag wiring back on and flash a freeboot image.
