Get a reflow done on it. And adjust the fan settings in the nand config using 360 flash dump tool to run at max should keep the temps back to 50-60 if a xenon/zephr and lower if a falcon.

is there any reason the cpu would start running so hot out of nowhere? This console had redring and sat in my closet for a over a year I finally did the xclamp fix when reach leaked and jtaged it. it was running fine the whole time I played, it never even got warm then when reach came out I stopped playing it till yesterday. since then the cpu has been extremely hot.

anyway I'll try a heatgun thanks

Could just be the thermal paste reason why the cpu was running hot.

However 0102 means it is the GPU that has the problem and as the x-clamp fix quite often doesn't last very long would think the original problem has just come back.

Quite often it is the impurities within the lead free solder that burn up at the lower temps (lower than the 220 that the lead free solder burns at) or the oxidation within the lead that cause the problems.
