Thinking of getting Rooney in a CM position for my BPL team. I was wondering how good he is as a CM?

He has good passing and dribbling so I can imagine he'd be good, but I was looking for a second opinion.

Really? I guess he is quite expensive.. But then if I didn't like him I could always sell him again. I just wanted a bit more presence in the midfield, so I thought he'd be a good option.
