I'm saddened to see that, although this is a good philosophical and perhaps even scientific question, your vulgar language and inappropriate explanation has reduced its credibility and seriousness down to a minuscule size.

On topic, I don't see how this would be possible from an Atheist perspective considering I don't believe we all harbor an eternal soul which is created on demand by a superior being, so why the population increase if no more souls or consciousnesses are being formed.

Personally, I think this proposition and the inference that it is truthful relies solely on the belief in some form of deity, of which I have none, therefore the proposition is rendered moot in my opinion.

However, I could be wrong.
