When I first got my phone I could access the internet with my 3G. Out of nowhere my phone wouldn't connect with 3G, I NEED to be connected to Wi-Fi to connect to the internet now. Is there any way to fix this, or do I need to get a new phone? Oh, I only had this phone since September.

Did you have a unlimited data-plan? If not, then it's probably empty.
