Actually I found if you find the pad things idk the gold circle things xD. If you prone on them they light up gold for the person going prone. SO maybe if everbody does the 4 something will happen?

hold on a minute... you stated the first step of the easter egg is get the sniper? where does that come into it? ive found the gold tile next to the antenna dissapears any time regardless of the sniper being held. also tried getting 4 ppl on the 4 tiles and nothing happens? there is tons more circular symbols all over the map i wonder in they have any significance?
