Does anyone have any idea how to level up real fast besides Spartan Ops and Boosting?

Hm, not really. Those are pretty much the quickest ways to rank up.

Quickest way is Spartan ops. (you know that)

Besides boosting

You can either play Griffball and win quick matches. These games can go by quick or slowly depending on you and your team.
Score quickly, game ends quickly.

Next possible way: this way gives more exp than Griffball, but can be a little longer.

Play any other gametype mode that allows you to use "perks." Use the fast track perk you get from the Pioneer specialization and you should be getting an extra 500xp more than you normally would in any other matchmaking game.

I find flood and grifball level me up fast

I'd say Grifball, just because the games are really quick.

Also be sure to do the daily challenges.

SR-130 in just over a month. It sucks, but Spartan Ops. Get DoubleXP, (I've got 150 extra oops) and play a 9 minute game. Use Fast Track. Do challenges. Turn in all the ONI/Sec3 codes.
