What are your thoughts on this?

I'm actually quite happy they are finally starting to listen to the REAL rs community.

If you are going to make a separate sever for 2006, make it so it felt like you actually were playing in 2006 such as:

1. Creating a Username WITHOUT an email. (You should allow the players to log in in with a username, but when registering you MUST validate your email.)

2. No Grand Exchange. (IMO the game was more fun and challenging when you had to make your own equipment. I remember making my first 100k gp by mining Iron ore and selling it at varrock bank.)

3. Tutorial island. (This should be essential because what if new players wanted to see what it was like back in the good ol' days? This island really captured and taught you the basics of the game.)

4. No member trial for beginners, or at least the option to choose. (For the Pure Free to play players)

5. Graphics? If there is ever a 2006 server, I think the players should be able to toggle the graphics. See what is was like then and now.

6.Economy(Kind of goes with G.E. part) but try to imitate it what it was like back then.

7. Say if you wanted to make a new account with a username :] (not an email) You could play back in the way it was like in 2006, but if you wanted to play the current game(EOC) you could transfer your skills and items, but you just wouldn't be able to obtain items in EOC and then transfer to 2006 era. (THIS IS DEBATABLE WHETHER OR NOT TO INCLUDE IT OR NOT)

I am not "hating on EOC" I do in fact like the update and respect the opinions of others, but I also do like the game back in how it was in 2006.

These are only some suggestions :]
