I need a new keeper and i only have 15k to spend what is the best that i can get?

cech easy, parries a lot but gets to everything that the vast majority of keepers wouldnt get to.

for under 15k hes easily the best as the only better keepers are hart and neuer for me

overrall cech is the 3rd best goalkeeper on the game and for 15k hes insane for his price and i would 100% recommend him

Neur is terrible, I had him in my Bundesliga squad and he's probably the least favourite GK I've used so far he's riddled with mistakes and IF Julio Cesar is better then Hart.
