Here's what the save includes:

All Missions Including DLC and All Side Missions Complete
All Challenges Complete (Except for the last couple levels of Jeeeenkinsssss!!!)
All Skill Trees Maxed Out
All Currencies Maxed Out
Infinite Ammo
Some Decent Weapons

Note: This will presumably work with the PS3 version also, but converting it to PC or another character class will reset the majority of the challenges.
