ok so i was reset on black ops 2 a while ago.
it dosnt give you prestige tokens. i started tto get mine around 6th prestige.
nor does it give you perma unlocks.
heres the question:
if i did the FREASH START, does anyone think i would be able to get the perma unlocks after the 1st time prestiging?

Yes you do, i got banned before and it spends your awards for you on whatever you spent them on last time. Luckily for me i didnt spend mine from 2nd prestige so i reset myself then.
