Me and my friend want to do it, but i heard rumors that Microsoft was cracking down on the people that did it. On Mw3 i heard people were getting banned like crazy, was that true? And if so do they still get banned or is there a way to avoid it?

I've done a licence transfer with my friend every 4 months for bout 2 years. not got banned.
