I want to have a lucid dream badly. Last night and just now i tried to watch these videos [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and go to sleep with them but i always get to the part where my whole body is numb and then i can never fall asleep. Is there anything i could be doing wrong or any other methods. Thanks
