You can get free apps for iOS by installing vShare.
Free Cydia apps can be obtained through the xSellize repo

The video shows how to install both.

(You need to be jailbroken)

**Vshare seems to be having issues, so for now you can use appcake. the source for appcake is cydia.iphonecake.com**

also*** Cydia and vShare plus other apps, may be running slow due to floods of traffic. So if your having issues installing anything just be patient and try again

You should download appcake instead, work essentially the same as installous.
