Theres much more than that; ONLY if it doesn't come with a stealth patch equipped within the .ISO.

It depends. If your iso isnt updated with the latest LT+ firmware,then microsoft will know what your doing and bann you. If it is updated then do what you have to do but dont stay on for a while because microsoft will get suspicious.
