Pretty decent setup, although the FX4100 isn't the best as a lot of people like to go with other types of AMD or especially Intel is the most popular but comes with a high price tag. The RAM is fine and if needed you can upgrade to 16GB (Rarely needed). The 3.0 USB ports are useful and the 1TB HDD is again most likely not needed but is useful.
If this system is under 350 you got a good deal, if not go shopping for a Vibox Lightening/Envy which I am currently running. Iv done some upgrades to cosmetic (Lights, fans and fan controller etc) and my computer runs the following on Ultra: Farcry 3, Need for Speed Most wanted, MW3, Cod4, Runescape and Minecraft.
I run minecraft at an average of 80FPS with far render and maximum settings.
