I have a happauge and my friend set it up for me.

But just search it up on youtube and you should get a few videos.

If those dont work then maybe umm, like hire an expert?

By the way, this is 2010, the dazzles arent gonna cut it.

I just bought one this weekend and mine works great vid's to come soon..anyway sounds to me like you don't have it hooked up correctly.

This is how it should be hooked up.

1. You should have 3 - y adapters(a/v)

2. hook your xbox to 1 ea of the 3 y adapters (white, red, yellow)

3. hook another a/v cable to the other y adapter (white, red, yellow), and then hook the opposite end of the a/v cable to your T/V

4. hook the 3 y adapters into the dazzle and this should work, of course you should have already installed the software and hardware..

Hope this helps.
If not there are vids on you tube.
