Think About Your Videos
Ok so first think about what you video will be about but mostly what your
audience want's to see Eg, CoD Zombie, CoD 100+ Gameplay. ( Now you know
your audience want's you know how your going to do it.

Recording
NEVER attempt to become know by just recording 420p material, no one want's
to want SD material it's ok till you gain your first 700 subscribers but then
you must upgrade to HD ( HDPVR/PVR 2, Roxio HD, Elgato and many more ) This
will make people watch more of your videos.

DONT Copy other youtubers
Be different dont try be someone your no why would your audience want to watch
a syndicate wanna be what they can just go watch syndicate him self find your
safe zone and stick to it be your self no one really care what your self, looks
or sounds like if your gameplay is good.

Advertise
Send your videos to as many social networking site's you can find facebook, twitter
ect.. they will all pull in a few subscriber's which in the long run will double
or even triple so make sure your posting your videos out to people you got to work
hard to actually see result.

Lastly
Have fun youtuber gain more views and sub when they do it for fun and not as a
