what could i do to play mw2 or waw on my ladtop its kinda crappy but it was given to me its a acer aspire 5517 stock

im no expert on computers i just kinda know the basics but not many parts are compatible with laptops because they are specially fitted to be so small whereas on a pc the parts have lots of room so the parts can be all different shapes and sizes, hope this helps.

Only thing is better OS, but even that isnt a dramatic boost.
Make sure you have all the latest drivers on your hardware and dont run other programs like chrome/IE at the same time

would it help if i put all my stuff ineedon a usb and redo my computer like its brand new
