I download the apps but they never give me the option to run the app, or they never show up on my springboard.
Anyone know what is wrong?
Also i am on an Ipad 2.

The app may not have downloaded all the way. Happens all the time

but it goes into the downloaded section
and when i click on the app it just says reinstall, delete, or share
