Safemode turns all the modded tweaks and apps off. It is like a computer safemode and to exit it it has text at the top of the screen "Exit SafeMode"

safemode happens when your springboard crashes, it just happens when you install an un compatible theme or tweak. while in safe mode uninstall the tweak or theme you downloaded and just tap the top of the screen and hit exit safe mode

Not the same thing... Boot Loop is just the phone looping at the logo still turns on. Bricked is when the phone wont turn on. And yeah avoid siri its awful on the JB.

But like other have said, it virtually never happens anymore. Also when you're jailbreaking just follow each step exactly.
