i have an iphone 4s, jailbroken with evasi0n 1.0

Whenever i get an incoming call my phone instantly goes into safemode
What could be causing this ?

Someone please help

jailbreaking usually causes problems,

try restoring & reinstalling cydia & the other apps

If you downloaded something recently, especially something to do with calling, might have something to do with it. try removing some tweaks you installed recently.
