I need help starting a minecraft server. I will be hosting it locally on my computer so it may be a tad laggy. Then after whoever wants to be my partner(s) we would have to find a host to host it with after we have it all set-up.

Lemme know..im looking for serious people not some clowns that will come into my server and dick around and not help build spawn..or shop or something.

I know alot about hosting servers..i would need help setting up permissions. im sure i could figure it out or download pre built ones....but thats no fun.

Must have skype unless youu just wanna come in and build the spawn.
