It depends how much money you have. If you have like 50k then make a sweaty BPL or Bundesliga or Seria A
But
If you have 300k - 600k like me then get a beast BPL or La Liga

Also the best formations are:

With 3 at the back it is 3-5-2
With 4 at the back it is 4-3-2-1 or 4-1-2-12 but if your poor change 4-1-2-1-2 to 4-4-2
With 5 at the back it is 5-2-2-1

This is just my opinion on what works for me
P.S. my record is 307-23-91

Best formation is 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-4-2.
