Go to dashboard and then profile, my memberships and you should find it somewhere there, or I think you can go to xbox.com aswell.

I can't go to xbox.com because I have to enter a security code and go to my email and I forgot my aol password.

The only way to turn off auto renewal is on xbox.com.

click the link below and sign in and click start chat and they will turn it off for you thats how i did it before when i couldnt turn it off.
