Best way I have found was on Karachi. Do the elevator at the back spawn (broken area) aim for a certain part where you fall under. Keep sprinting and you get IV.

dont do this...if you do it when you fall under the map you wont get the emblems, my friend did it and now his XP bar for miles left to run is -200,000,000 miles...he got pro but not the emblem

you first have to do an elevator glitch
then fall under the map and sprint

That is weird, I got the emblem as did a friend of mine who did it a few games after me.

I did mine in a 10th prestige lobby, I took advantage of the the super jump mod and jumped outside the map. Then I ran for like a minute, stopped, and got all of the running challenges.
