You did, actually, way back when they announced the release window for SPRING 2013. Rockstar sent out fifteen Los Santos Photo Viewers to each GameSpot/GAME/Whatever chain retailer you go to as well as a bunch of double sided posters. I was the first to preorder in my city, because as soon as they announced this I jumped the gun and drove down there; so I ended up snagging two posters as well of course a photo viewer.
