What is MyBB?
MyBB, also known as MyBBoard or MyBulletinBoard, is a powerful, efficient, and free forum package, developed using PHP and MySQL. MyBB has been designed with both the end user (you and your subscribers) and the people who staff your message board in mind. Full control over your discussion system is presented right at your fingertips, from the ability to have multiple themes to the ultimate customization of your forums using the template system and plugins. Help Desk Introduction
Hey everyone, I've been using MyBB's free and open source forum software for around two years now. I have gained the knowledge on various aspects of the software, but not everything. Some of my specialities include installing the software (simple), merging databases, using cPanel, using file managing clients (such as FileZilla) and much, much more. I will be here to assist you with all of your questions, and I will surely do my best to answer them to the fullest. Please note, there are some aspects of the forum software which I am not able to assist you with, and they will be listed below. Thanks guys!

Nice thread Uzi.

It's good that you are willing to help others who are trying to start up a website because it can get a little hard and frustrating if you don't know what you are doing.

Hopefully this thread gets recognition so that people who are having troubles will see this.

No problem! And about that.. it could be that the database has duplicate rows or tables. Have you checked through PhpMyAdmin? I'm not 100% sure though, sorry.
