I found the perk machine on die rise, I'm not sure if anyone else found it yet but yeah I just figured is let you guts know.

Its in the elevator shaft of the spawns elevator (the one that drops) and if you look really closely while falling or if you just go back in theater mode it'll be on one of the floors on the way down. Its like in a hallway
