How do you get blood thirsty to count on black ops 2

Play any gamemode that will last long and get 5 kills with ONLY the gun you need them for so no killstreaks secondary's or lethals

If you mean people who do the unlimited live glitch on SnD yes it can work but depending how the game is setup

I haven't figured a way out yet but id get everything for that gun then do the bloodthirstys on a free 4 all boosting game and walla gold/diamond
