I see r00t has already posted which is a good start, if it was me I would change the PSU because I haven't heard of that brand before although I am not very good with PSU's, I just prefer Powercool and Cooler master. Also, don't buy a Windows OS, torrent it and burn it to a CD or a USB to boot from said USB/CD. This will save you a lot of money.

There's no need to torrent because Microsoft hosts legitimate downloads for all variants of Windows 7 through Digital River. I can't link them on TTG, but your Google skills will serve you well. You can buy a key, use an activator, or get 120 days of trial time by re-arming Windows up to three times to reset the trial. Torrenting software is always risky.

Also, there are no legitimate reviews I can find to prove Powercool PSUs to be of quality. With PSUs, you first assume they are of poor quality and then find reviews to prove their quality. Cooler Master makes a few good units, but there are better options at every price point I'm aware of and I've never recommended a single unit from them because I have no compelling reason to do so.

I've torrented Windows 4 times and each of them, it's been fine which is why I recommend it but I'm sure what you said is good too! I had a powercool PSU in my old PC and it was fine, now in my newer PC, I have a Cooler Master PSU and in my opinion, is fantastic. No problems with it so far and my friend's all have Cooler Master PSU's which are doing well for them. These are my reasons for recommending those brands.

With PC hardware, aside from aesthetics, opinion means absolutely nothing. It's harsh, but true. Just because your Powercool PSU didn't die on you doesn't mean it's a quality unit. Just because your Cooler Master units haven't given you trouble again, doesn't make them good units. The only thing that can prove anything is a real test, and in these tests you'll find that CM PSUs are very inconsistent.

Failed. A trash unit that proves you have to take more than just the brand into consideration due to the fact that the Silent Pro lines are very good units.

The only Cooler Master PSU I could recommend on Newegg (within reason, excluding outrageous wattages) is this one: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

By having a bias/personal preference for ANYTHING, you're doing a disservice to anyone you're recommending hardware to.

Apologies, I am not trying to be bias in anyway, just that I have been lucky with Cooler Master and Powercool which is why I suggested both of these brands, I have heard of people who have had bad luck with these brands but in the case of myself and my close friends, both of these brands have been very good. I am most definitely not trying to say these are the best brands for PSU's or that you can't get any better PSU's, they're not and you can.
