If your friends will play with you on Xbox, buy it on Xbox. Otherwise buy it for PC. Just from experience, borderlands is one of the worst games ever as a solo experience.

If you want to play with friends and they have it on xbox, then buy it for the xbox because personally I enjoy playing with friends. If they don't have the game and your looking for just a good gaming experience I would go and buy it for the PC. Hope I helped.
