In league play can you switch divisions or once placed are stuck in it

You need to play well in order to move up divisions. The 5 games you play just place you in the division most suited for you judging on your gameplay during those 5 placement games. You can go up division by doing well in games and always winning. So no it's not a permanent placement in that division.
