Just looking for the best program removers.

My 2nd hard-drive has corrupted therefore, I cannot uninstall anything.

If this is what you're looking for, then you can try Dariks Boot and Nuke. The purpose of it is to totally wipe any data found on any hard disk, removing any viruses/personal data from it.

You can remove programs, select start-up programs, clean out your pc, just really great.
