I've heard Elgato is the best as well.

I disagree. I have a Dazzle DVC 100 and the quality is horrible. Yes it is quick and easy to set up but that is about it for the Pro's of it. You should go with the Elgato. Probably your best bet for a capture card.

El Gato Game Capture.
The best by far . Smallest, simplest, most features, and same quality as PVR. which is the best
