Everytime I try to run my Recovery I get this message and nothing will allow me to reconfigure is there any advice for my situation?

you can remove all partitions and then recover from the factory install. if you can not get into windows to reformat your partitions you can use a live usb/dvd to remove them and then go into the factory recover on boot. depending on what model of emachine you may not even have the whole version of the recovery software and it may not be possible to recover with it (they got sued along with acer over this a few years back).
