I take out the usb when signing in, while my ethernet cord is connected, and i still have everything normal. It just says save failed or whatever.

but when i do it while the ethernet cord is disconnected, it works. then i go to connect to xbox live and everything is normal again.

I tried playing while not connected, ex: i played through first level of campaign, and still didn't work once i connected again.

Doesn't even work, only for offline. when you sign back into xbox live, all commendations and crap comes back to what it used to be, because it has already saved onto the bungie database.

which is why they stated only if you were already credit banned and reset. that way you don't lose your rank if you're like a captain or something. Me on the other hand, im a recruit again, so i have nothing to lose.

It didn;t reset my Commendations cuse it still say 23%.

But my Story progress was reset.
