Am I the only one who thinks the extra cost for this if not a lot of people vote is bull?

I feel like it's stupid to charge from $15 to $5 for something they barley even have to do anything for.

Granted they say if with enough votes they'll do no EXTRA cost but only at the 750k votes does it even say free for all.

I think they ment that you need to be member but no extra cost, I think is it bs that they make you pay even more, after being a member.

This is true but they are still trying to get people money

it is also stated, when we reach 750k, the whole portion of the game is free to all players.
That means F2P, and Members.

The only problem is, the last time I saw the player count it was 85k players.
And I really thought the member side was free too -.-. But just dropping the fee if you reach 500k

Seems kinda like a scam to get more members.

They used to have an older version of the game available for member and now it seems they are trying to boost member sales by opening a poll for something everyone wants. The catch is that you need to be a member to vote and more than likely play. I'd love more than anything to play rs2007 again, but I'm really not willing to purchases membership to do so. Honestly, i'd stick to private servers.

EDIT: I also find it funny how in the FAQ (which I'm assuming you got of the RS site) Jagex stated they don't have a reliable rs2006 backup. When tons of rs2006 private servers have been opened, working at 100% of what they were when Jagex was using it.

That's Not a full backup, if it was full they would be using it. If you haven't noticed on most 2006rsps servers they only have a portion of the map that isn't null. The rest of the map that most people don't go to is nulled.
