Overkill on the PSU and RAM unless you plan on doing a lot of video editing, picture rendering/things like that, and I would of went with an i5 3450.

You need to get the MOSFETs on your motherboard cooled if you're going to overclock. Even if you keep it stock, you're not getting much incidental airflow from the CPU cooler, so pick [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] up anyway.
