I used my friend daltons account to download games he purchased onto my xbox 360 slim and i downloaded them and now it says i cant play them cause i aint purchased them, but my friend james he did the same thing with the account and he gets to play the games but he didnt purchase them either so idk what to do please help!!!!!

You don't have the licenses for them, HIS acocunt has the licenses for them.
The only fix would to license transfer which would be illegal because it's theft and can earn you and your friend a permanent console and maybe account ban.
