PSU; Corsair 850 W Pro series. 80 Gold.
Motherboard; Sabertooth x79.
CPU; i7 3820
RAM; G Skillz sniper series 8x4gb. Quad channel.
Hard Drives; BOOT and essientials- 120 gb samsung 840 SSD. Storage- Western digital 2 tb black
After Market Cooler; Noctua NH-D14
Video Card; MSI R7950 3 gb
Monitor; Asus VS247H

If you're going to go with LGA 2011, it will be absurdly expensive, but you should still be smart about it. You don't need an insanely expensive Sabertooth board, 850w PSU, or full-tower case unless you plan on taking advantage of LGA 2011's more capable PCIe configuration. To do that, you'd need more than two cards.

I included a 670 because I'm not sure if you can use CUDA or not. If you can, it's hugely beneficial. The Samsung 840 Pro is much better than the regular 840 and arguably the best 2.5" SSD you can buy.
