You need to do a full install with neighborhood. Your doing quick, re install it then select Full INstall and make sure you have Visual Studio 2010 Professional.

You just have to have the plugin on the launch.ini the rest of the settings don't matter

You don't need a full install. I never did and it still works fine for me.

You don't need a full install. I never did and it still works fine for me.
i havnt gt a clue then .should i try full install anyway?says i need 2010 visual

Yeah you can try full instal, but for me it took a day before it worked for me, I don't know why, and I haven't had a problem since...

Full install allows advanced memory editing. It also helps with other mods etc...
