thinking of getting a new laptop as my current one sucks cat testicles -.-
so
would
Processor: Quad-Core AMD A8-4500M processor (1.9 GHz, 2.8 GHz with Turboboost, 4 MB L2 cache)
RAM: 8 GB (2 x 4 GB)
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7640G Discrete-Class
up to 4.98 GB of dedicated RAM
Screen type: HD BrightView LED-backlit
Screen resolution: 1366 x 768
Screen size: 15.6"
Hard drive: 1 TB (SATA, 5400 rpm)
Optical disk drive: SuperMulti DVDR/RW with double layer support
be able to run games like tf2 and WoW? at atleast half decent settings :3

Yes that should have no problem playing TF2 and WOW my terrible laptop with less than half that spec can run TF2 with decent FPS at low settings.

That would run fine maybe a bit laggy due to the graphics card any the processor, do you have any specific budget?

i was hoping to aim around 500, but can go up to 700 :3
