The only way for you to get nuketown zombies and that sort of thing is if he copies his gamer profile onto your xbox and downloads the maps. If not jump a guy at best buy who just bought it?

Get his/her account and transfer it to your xbox. Select 'Licence Transfer' which should ot the account settings menu. DLC are linked to console and account which it was bought from so if you do that, you are changing your cousins console ID to your own so that when you download his DLC from his account history, it will work on your xbox. When you give the account back to your cousin he/she will still be able to play on the same DLC as it is still linked to their account but just not their console anymore. The only problem with this is that your cousin will have to sign into their account in order to play the DLC.

Hope this helped.

Next time your up at his house, bring a USB with you and move the account to the USB. Just be sure to give the account back when your finished.
