Quite a high amount of downs, You would need a LOT of kills with very few downs to get the knife. You would need around 60k kills with almost no downs to get the knife but good luck anyway

Try and raise your kills to 30,000 with out going over 100 downs or 120, You should get shotguns then, If you dont just keep raising your KILL count because there is a min kill requirement for each emblem.
