I swear, this was the LONGEST **** UPDATE EVER! And only for a few changes to the default settings in the EU? Seriously? and I go and try and download something, and I'm getting the SLOWEST DOWNLOAD SPEEDS I HAVE EVER HAD! Literally is taking me 5x as long, and even then it's getting slower and slower.
