If you have a warranty on it I'd call xbox to get it repaired. If you don't, you're going to have to open your disc tray, I'm thinking the magnet from the top came loose so you're going to have to put that back.

Here is the actual way to solve this problem (keep your money )
How do i know? (Experience from opening Xbox's/hotswapping/had same problem before)
It will take a while but it prevents you from having to send it to a repair shop.
1)Open Xbox up (Remove warranty sticker mandatory) tutorial here:
2)Once Xbox is open, open case to disk tray (peel off sticker).
3)Once the disk tray is opened unplug the two cords connecting to the motherboard.
4)To actually fix the problem find the laser that reads the disks.
5)Cleanse laser with soft cloth and readjust to about 1 inch from the actual disk tray.
6)Reassemble Xbox.
7)Problems should be fixed if not you might have to get a new Xbox/send it to a repair shop.
8)Alternate solution, if the problem is not the laser it might be the magnet that holds your actual disks down. Just simply remove it and pop it back on.
I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY COME TO YOUR XBOX FROM MY TUTORIAL IF YOU MESS UP.
