It Doesnt Matter, If You reset Your Stats, Treyarch keeps a record of you cheating and will just temp ban & reset you . You Will get Reset again with the 0 kills/10,000 Deaths. It Happened To Me With The Prestige Glitch. I Tried To Stay low by resetting my own stats but was temp banned and reset anyway.
Also: Once Reset, 3arc prevents you from using Perm-Tokens (Gives You Perk 1's Each Prestige ) and Automatically Gives You A Extra Custom Class so you cant Reset your stats.

No, you get what the person you copied off unlocked for example at 8th prestige I got a PRestige token because my friend didn't use his as he was 8th level 13 with 10 custom classes already.

Theres a good chance he will. I dont understand why he couldnt of done it legit. Hes prestige master! But yeah. Pretty soon he will recieve a ban and a reset just like alot of ther people who have done it.

Seriously you guys need to reset yourself a I'm already lvl 34 again with 1 hour played
