You could get better if you allow time to gather the money.

Im going to start out making either 9 or 10 dollars an hour and working like 38 to 40 hours a week..

If you're willing to learn how, You could build a very similar system on your own with a better gpu, ram, and hard drive.

IMO its worth the money to learn

Build your own , when i first bought my Pc Two years ago it as slightly more expensive but probably about 3 times better !!!! Do not buy it , your getting ripped off mate !

right now i have the Dell Optiplex 755 and i was thinking about getting a good graphics card and motherboard and all that stuff..
